SKI BOOT MARATHON

IT'S OFFICIAL: A NEW GUINNESS WORLD RECORD

Orthopaedic surgeon Paul Harnett broke the world record for running a marathon in ski-boots in 5 hours 30 minutes  27 seconds.  April 28th 2019 at the London Marathon. He has rasied £6894.00 so far with a target of £10,000 for the British Paralympic Association and World Orthopaedic Concern. This is his fundraising page.  On the day of the big race he had a technical glitch with the timing tracker strapped to the side of his ski boots, this meant he had to wait an agonising 3 days until was official via GPS data.

Thank you so much to all those who sponsored me.
